To Change the Properties of a Markup

In the Markups dialog list box, right-click the markup that you want to change.
From the pop-up menu, select Properties.
The Markup Properties dialog opens.
In the Markup Properties dialog, you can change the Name, Description, Priority, Status, Assigned To, Approved By and Template fields. In the Markup Properties dialog, you can change the Name, Description, Priority, Status, Assigned To, Due Date, Reviewed By, Approved By and Template fields.

The markup sheet and saved view are renamed.

Tip: You can also rename a markup using the Markups dialog or the Create Markups tool settings window.

Note: If using the Markup Properties dialog while working in ProjectWise-integrated mode, an auto-complete menu is provided as you type in the Assigned To, Reviewed By and Approved By fields. As you start to type, a pop-up opens displaying all matching user names. You can press <Tab> or <Enter> to accept the auto-filled name or you can select a name from the pop-up.
